Career Based Intervention
What is Career-Based Intervention?
Career-Based Intervention (CBI) is a specialized program designed to help students develop academic skills, explore career options, and gain valuable work experience while still in high school. The program is tailored for students who may benefit from additional support in preparing for future success in the workplace, further training, or college.
CBI Goals
- Build Academic Skills – Strengthen reading, writing, and math through hands-on, career-related activities.
- Develop Employability Skills – Learn responsibility, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
- Gain Work Experience – Apply skills in real job settings through supervised employment opportunities.
- Plan for the Future – Explore careers and prepare for life after graduation.
